Mahanaim International Theological Universita, formerly known as Mahanaim College International, was launched in 2015, marking the fulfilment of a longstanding vision. Accredited by the International Association for Theological Accreditation (IATA), the Universita is committed to equipping individuals for Christian ministry.
The name “Mahanaim” comes from Genesis 32:1–2. When Jacob encountered the angels of God, he declared, “This is God’s camp!” and named the place Mahanaim, meaning “two camps”. This biblical encounter inspired the name of our institution.
Our aim is to impart a deeper understanding of God’s Word and nurture lives empowered by the Holy Spirit among those who have answered the call to serve our Lord and King, Jesus Christ.
Through the teaching and guidance of local and international ministers, we bring together practical experience and theological instruction to cultivate spiritual growth and maturity. Our teachers and lecturers seek to build, equip and prepare each student for the journey ahead in their calling and ministry.
Here, students are nourished by the Bread of Life and strengthened by the Holy Spirit, becoming vessels of honour, prepared for the Master’s service.
2 Timothy 2:15 “Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analysing and accurately diving (right handling and skillfully) the Word of Truth.”
Paul instructed Timothy, “And the things which thou hast heard from me, among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
(2 Timothy 2:2)
